My Card is Disabled or Rejected

Please Contact Us immediately to resolve the issue. If our offices are currently closed, please Contact Shazam [Falcon Department] at 1-855-219-5399.

My Card has been Lost or Stolen

If your card is lost - especially if stolen - it's important to disable the card immediately and begin the process of obtaining a new card.

  1. Please Contact Us immediately to discuss your options and disable your card. If our offices are currently closed, please Contact Shazam at 1-800-383-8000 to disable your card only.

  2. Please Contact Us again at your earliest convenience to discuss options and protection concerning the lost or stolen card.

  3. We'll issue you a new ATM/Debit Card as soon as possible.
