Before visiting us to discuss a loan, here is some information to help familiarize you with the process.

1. Contact Us for an Estimate

Loan Officers

Call or Stop by a Location Near You! You'll be assigned a Loan Officer specializing in your needs that will be there every step of the way with you.

Budget

Your Loan Officer will help you determine not only what you can afford, but what is the right amount to spend after considering other costs such as potential taxes and insurance.

2. Go Shopping!

Dealerships & Realtors

Shop around to find the right price and obtain a written quote. We enjoy working with local dealerships & realtors, but are also able to work with those out of our area.

3. Finalize the Loan

Identification

If you're already a customer, Thank-You! You'll just want to bring a Photo ID with you.

If you're not a customer, Federal Regulation requires that we verify your identification.

Documentation for Verification

Please bring a current paycheck stub or proof of income. We'll also want to see your tax history/W2's for the last:

  • Auto, Personal, Debt Consolidation Loans: 1 year
  • Real Estate & Refinance: 2 years
  • Agriculture & Commercial: 4 years
