Luana Savings Bank Welcomes Dan Kline as CFO

Dan Kline recently joined Luana Savings Bank as the bank’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Dan will office out of the Polk City branch.

Dan has been in the financial industry for 30 years. Prior to joining Luana Savings Bank, Dan was a Risk Management Director for Principal Financial Group. In this role, Dan supported the company’s asset-liability management, portfolio management, financial planning, and enterprise risk management efforts. Dan joined Principal Financial Group in 1995, working in several financial roles and then in internal audit before moving to the Principal’s asset management business in 2008. He previously worked for Wells Fargo as a Vice President of credit risk management. Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Nebraska Omaha, a Master of Business Administration degree from Drake University, and is a CFA (chartered financial analyst) charterholder. He served on the board of an Iowa financial institution for over 15 years, most recently as a member of the executive committee and chair of the finance committee.
